AXLR8 has been delivering high quality alternative curriculum provision to young people in Leicester, Leicestershire and beyond since 2005.

To date, we have worked with over 800 young people. The number of young people we work with has increased year on year, the number of customers have increased year on year and our annual turnover has increased year on year.

We are confident that if AXLR8 is successful in Leicester, it can be successful anywhere and we are therefore looking for suitable individuals to develop AXLR8 provision in their area.

We are looking for professional, highly organised, passionate people with substantial youth work or teaching experience and/or an excellent knowledge of motorbike maintenance and mechanics.

We can offer a complete support package to help you develop a profitable, sustainable project eg:

• We will secure your first customers for you and work alongside you to deliver your sessions until you are happy for us to withdraw.

• We will provide all policies, procedures, risk assessments, registration forms, parental consent forms etc

• Limited use of a suitable, fully equipped vehicle

• Significantly reduced combined liability insurance

• CRB checks and relevant training

• Ongoing advice and support throughout

In return, we will:

• Retain all intellectual property in relation to the brand, associated articles and style of work.

• Invoice you for 10% of your annual turnover at quarterly intervals.
