Axlr8 Mobile

Our large van and 4x4 metre awning allows us to work with young people in schools, Youth Centres, parks, car parks and open spaces – wherever young people are.

All tools, equipment and bikes are on the van along with two workers – all we ask of you is a suitable space to set up, preferably with a large enough space for the young people to do some riding. In the past, we have used school playgrounds, ball courts and empty car parks to deliver sessions.

We do not accept individual referrals to our mobile provision. We ask the customer to provide us with a maximum group of 8 young people per programme.

The cost for the mobile provision is £47.00 per hour, plus an additional hour per session for preparation, setting up and packing away.

To keep costs to a minimum, it would benefit the customer to book a fewer number of longer duration sessions as opposed to a greater number of shorter sessions in order to avoid the additional hour per session cost. This will also help to free up our diary sooner and minimise waiting time for other customers and young people.

The number and duration of sessions is completely up to the customer. We do anything from a one day taster session to a one year contract!
